Akinwumi Adesina, President of the African Development Bank Group, has cautioned the Nigerian government against disparaging Alhaji Aliko Dangote and his refinery, warning that such actions could deter foreign investment.
Adesina dismissed claims of Dangote’s monopoly, arguing that his substantial investments in sectors like railways and refineries are crucial for Nigeria’s development.
He urged the government to support rather than undermine local investors to attract more foreign capital.
