Business Leaders: Nigeria Losing Trillions Due to Multinational Exodus

Business leaders in Anambra have warned that Nigeria has lost over) N98 trillion due to the exit of multinational companies from the country.
Speaking at an event organized by the Onitsha Business School, experts highlighted the negative impact of insecurity, economic instability, and poor governance on the business environment.
Dr. Vincent Owuani, in a lecture, stated that Nigeria is at risk of sovereign debt default if urgent steps aren’t taken to reverse the economic downturn.
The Organized Private Sector (OPS) in Anambra cautioned that without addressing key sectors like agriculture, manufacturing, and oil, Nigeria’s economy will continue to stagnate, leaving the country vulnerable to further economic collapse.
