Abuja’s Newspaper Distributors’ Association has appealed to the public to help secure the release of their president, Emmanuel John, who was kidnapped on Tuesday night.
The kidnappers have demanded a ransom of N15 million. The association is urgently seeking financial support from the public to secure his release.

The police have said they were unaware of the incident. Meanwhile, John’s family is working to gather the ransom for his freedom.
