The Kano State Police Command has dismantled a child trafficking syndicate, arresting nine members involved in selling children from the state for amounts ranging between N400,000 and N500,000 in Lagos, Anambra, and other southern states.
Seven children, aged three to eight, were rescued after being stolen as infants. The syndicate altered the children’s names before selling them.
