DSS Warns Nigerians to Avoid Crowded Places Amidst Threats

The Department of State Services (DSS) has issued a cautionary advisory to Nigerians, urging vigilance and avoidance of crowded or suspicious areas due to potential threats, including Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs).

Ahead of the Lent and Ramadan seasons, the DSS emphasizes the importance of maintaining a peaceful environment and called for cooperation from religious leaders, traditional rulers, and the general populace.

The agency underscores the need for tolerance, dialogue, and community resilience to counter emerging security challenges effectively.
