The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) has introduced four new programmes in Computer Science for Higher National Diploma (HND) students in technical institutions nationwide.
The new programmes are: HND Artificial Intelligence, HND Networking and Cloud Computing, HND Software and Web Development, and HND Cybersecurity and Data Protection.
The NBTE said the move was to align with the emerging trends and the need to prepare graduates for national development.
The old HND Computer Science Programme will be phased out by 2025, the NBTE said.pecialized areas mentioned earlier.
