The Federal Government has approved three airlines, Air Peace, Max Air, and FlyNas, to serve as exclusive carriers for the 2024 hajj pilgrimage.
The allocation of pilgrims to the airlines aligns with the Bilateral Air Service Agreement between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.
Additionally, three air cargo companies, Cargo Zeal Technologies Ltd, Nahco Aviance, and Qualla Investment Limited, are approved for airfreighting pilgrims’ excess luggage.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar, is set to lead a delegation to sign a Memorandum of Understanding for the 2024 hajj pilgrimage.
