Governor Nasir Idris of Kebbi State has vowed to sign the death warrant of anyone convicted of providing information to bandits, leading to the killing of innocent people.
He made this declaration during a condolence visit to Tudun Bichi, a community that has suffered recurring bandit attacks.
The governor condemned the actions of informants, saying they defy all norms and religious doctrines. He assured the community that his administration would continue to support security agencies and facilitate the deployment of security operatives to combat the bandits.
