ADC Criticizes Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ as Disillusioning Youths

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has condemned President Bola Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda,’ claiming it is fostering hopelessness among Nigerian youths.

ADC National Chairman, Chief Ralphs Nwosu, expressed these concerns during the inauguration of the ADC Youth Continental Youth Council in Abuja.

Nwosu criticized the current administration for neglecting youth development, contrasting it with other nations that are actively engaging their youth through sports and creative policies.

He referenced Saudi Arabia’s successful Vision 2030 initiative, which has already achieved its tourism goals seven years ahead of schedule, as a model of forward-thinking governance.

The ADC accused the Tinubu administration of wasting resources on luxuries instead of investing in the country’s future leaders. Nwosu’s remarks reflect growing discontent with the government’s approach to youth empowerment and economic development, raising questions about the effectiveness of the ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ in addressing the needs of Nigeria’s young population.
