Ex-militant leader Asari Dokubo has accused President Bola Tinubu of betrayal after supporting his campaign, claiming neglect in recent months.
In a video statement, Dokubo expressed regret over his alliance with the Yoruba political elite and signaled a shift towards collaboration with Northern leaders.
Declaring that Tinubu is no longer the leader he once trusted, Dokubo emphasized that the North holds common ground with his Ijaw community and announced plans to strengthen these ties.
Although the exact reasons for Dokubo’s discontent remain unclear, his recent criticism of Tinubu’s administration reflects growing dissatisfaction among former allies.
