The Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC) has called for a careful review of recent personnel dismissals in Rivers State, warning that the actions taken by the Sole Administrator, Vice Admiral Ibok-Ete Ibas (Retd.), could have long-term implications for democratic governance.
