Shehu Sani Urges Tinubu To Fix Economy to Prevent Unforeseen Protests

Former Kaduna State Senator, Shehu Sani, has advised President Bola Tinubu’s administration to prioritize fixing the economy to avert potential protests from disgruntled Nigerians.
Sani warned that such protests, unlike those organized by labour unions, do not come with prior notice.
His remarks follow a recent exchange between the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the federal government, highlighting economic challenges.
Sani emphasized that protests led by the marginalized, hungry, and unemployed could be spontaneous and more challenging to manage.
He urged the government to address underlying issues to prevent such unrest.
