President Bola Tinubu has appointed Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, as the new Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, effective August 14, 2024.
Walson-Jack, a Federal Permanent Secretary since 2017, will succeed Dr.
Folasade Yemi-Esan, CFR, who retires on August 13, 2024. Tinubu praised Yemi-Esan’s service and urged Walson-Jack to lead with integrity and innovation, adhering to civil service regulations.
