President Bola Tinubu has reassured Nigerians of a brighter future, stating that the country is on a path of restoration and progress.
In his Christmas message, Tinubu extended condolences to families affected by recent stampedes during palliative distributions in Ibadan, Abuja, and Okija.
“Christmas symbolizes the triumph of love, peace, and unity. It reminds us that light can emerge even in the darkest times,” the President noted.
He urged Nigerians to renew their hope in a prosperous future, emphasizing the government’s commitment to tackling challenges.
Tinubu also praised security forces and called on citizens to support national leaders to strengthen efforts toward development.
He highlighted government initiatives, including free train services and subsidized transport, to ease travel during the festive period. “Together, we can build a Nigeria that ensures safety and prosperity for all,” he added.
