Leaders at the G20 Summit in New Delhi, including Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu and US President Joe Biden, expressed their strong condemnation of terrorism and money laundering.
They described terrorism as one of the most serious threats to international peace and security.
The leaders adopted ‘The New Delhi Leaders’ Declaration,’ pledging to support the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and enhance global efforts to recover criminal proceeds. They also committed to strengthening international cooperation to deny terrorist groups safe haven and financial support.
Additionally, they adopted a green development pact to address environmental and climate change challenges.
