UNICEF says more than 100 children have been killed in Gaza since the October ceasefire, despite reduced hostilities.
UNICEF spokesperson James Elder said most deaths resulted from airstrikes, drone attacks, tank shelling and gunfire, warning that the figures may be underreported.
He stressed that children remain vulnerable as violence, though reduced, has not stopped, calling for stronger protections and accountability under international law.
